Grace Gathu is the head of people and culture at Branch International.

Before joining Branch International, Grace was head of human resource and administration at JamboPay.

Earlier, Grace served as a senior human resource officer at JamboPay, where she supported talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management and employee engagement as the organisation expanded.

She began her HR career at the Kenya Institute of Professional Studies – Corporate Training Unit, where she supported recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, statutory compliance and other HR operations.

Before moving into human resources, Grace worked in customer service at MultiChoice Group and as a resource mobilisation officer at the National Environment Trust Fund (NETFUND-Kenya).

She also started her career in sales and marketing at MiDCOM Group and gained early experience in production at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC).
