Jemima Ngode is the group HR manager at Radio Africa Group (RAG).

Since 2018, she has led key human capital initiatives at RAG, focusing on workforce retention, employee wellness, legal compliance and performance management, while ensuring that HR strategy remains aligned with the organisation’s broader objectives.

Prior to Radio Africa Group, Jemima held senior HR roles across multinational corporations and NGOs. She was human resource manager and later group human resource officer at Coca-Cola Almasi Beverages, where she developed workforce planning strategies, optimised recruitment processes and strengthened employee engagement. She also served as people and culture officer at World Vision Somalia.

She began her career as an HR assistant intern at OXFAM Great Britain and later gained further experience at Procter & Gamble/Pulse.

Jemima holds an MSc in human resource management from JKUAT, a BCom in human resource management from Kabarak University, a higher national diploma in HR management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and is a certified human resources practitioner (CHRP-K) through the College of Human Resource Management.
