Juliet Muheirwe is the head of human resources at Equity Bank Uganda.

Before returning to Equity Bank Uganda, Juliet served on secondment as associate director for subsidiaries HR operations and shared services at Equity Group Holdings in Nairobi. 

She previously served as head of human resources at Equity Bank Uganda, where she led the bank's HR agenda and played a key role in strengthening organisational capability and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Equity, Juliet was manager, HR business partner at Centenary Bank, providing strategic HR support to the business. She also spent more than five years with Airtel Uganda and Airtel Africa.

Juliet began her career with Zain Group and its predecessor, serving in compensation and benefits and participating in the company's graduate management trainee programme, which provided broad exposure to different business functions and human resources disciplines.
