Lynn Bugaari Muhangi is the chief human resources officer at Acorns Group of International Schools.
Prior to this, Lynn served as head of human resource department at Acorns International School Uganda.
Before joining Acorns, she spent over six years at the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS). She served as principal human resource officer, providing senior-level HR oversight and supporting institutional workforce planning and compliance.
Lynn has also worked in the education and private sectors across the region. She was a human capital business partner at Rusinga Schools in Nairobi. Prior to that, she served as human resource officer at Bara Kali Africa in Nairobi County, Kenya.
She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and labour relations from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, where she also served as a student assistant lecturer in human resource management. She earned a BA (Hons) in labour relations and human resource management from Nelson Mandela University, and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the same institution.
