Sallynavia Kamsa is the senior HR business partner at Ipsos Kenya.

She joined Ipsos in 2022 as senior HR business partner after a brief stint at Equity Bank.

Before Equity, Sallynavia spent nearly two years at Kenya Airways as senior people and culture partner. 

Prior to Kenya Airways, she spent almost four years at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya as HR business partner. 

A significant part of Sallynavia’s professional growth came during her nearly six-year tenure at KCB Group. She joined the bank in 2010 as talent advisor, where she managed graduate, trainee and internship programmes while helping develop e-learning initiatives. She later moved to Rwanda as HR manager before returning to Kenya as HR advisor for head office and international businesses.
