Caroline Nderitu appointed group head of human resources at Crown Paints Kenya

She steps into the regional role from Tata Chemicals Magadi, bringing over two decades of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, FMCG and regional business operations.

Caroline Nderitu has been appointed group head of human resources at Crown Paints Kenya. She will oversee HR strategy across the group’s East African operations, including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.

Before joining Crown Paints, Caroline served as head of human resources at Tata Chemicals Magadi, where she led the overall HR strategy across key functions.

She began her long-term regional HR leadership journey at Diversey Eastern & Central Africa, where she worked as human resources manager, overseeing the HR agenda across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Nigeria.

Caroline holds an executive MBA in human resource management from Moi University and a BA in French and philosophy from Kenyatta University.
