He takes on the regional role after two years at Harley’s, where he served as human capital manager for Kenya.
Daniel Mwale has been appointed manager, human capital, East Africa Cluster at Harley’s, taking on a regional role.
He has served at Harley’s since September 2024, initially joining as human capital manager responsible for Kenya before taking on the regional role.
Before joining Harley’s, Daniel spent more than three years at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital, where he served as senior people operations officer.
He holds a BSc in human resources management from Moi University and has pursued further studies in healthcare management and leadership, including programmes with the London School of Economics and Political Science, Washington State University Global Campus and the Institute of Human Resources Management, Kenya.
He is also pursuing a MSc in human resource management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
