Priscilla Nyachwo appointed people and change manager at Clarkson Insurance Brokers Uganda

Priscilla Nyachwo has more than a decade of experience in human resources management, business partnering and HR systems, gained across the insurance, development finance and non-governmental sectors.

Priscilla Nyachwo has been appointed people and change manager at Clarkson Insurance Brokers Limited – Uganda, effective January 2026.

Priscilla has previously served as HR manager at VisionFund Uganda, from October 2022 to September 2025.

Prior to that, she spent just over seven years at BRAC, joining the organisation in May 2015 as an HR information system specialist, before being promoted to HR business partner.

She holds a degree in HR management from Makerere University and a postgraduate in HR management and services from the Uganda Management Institute.

She has also completed senior management development programmes at Strathmore Business School and Wits Business School, and is currently pursuing an executive MBA at Southeastern University.
