Caroline Karoki is the head of people and culture at ALN Kenya.
She joined the firm in July 2021 and leads the people agenda across ALN Kenya, as well as its regional offices in Tanzania and the UAE.
Before taking on her current role, Caroline served as manager of people and culture at Anjarwalla & Khanna.
Between April 2020 and February 2021, she was seconded to SWVL Kenya as head of people and culture. This secondment saw her set up the people and culture function, restructure the organisation, strengthen institutional capacity and support the company during a period of rapid growth and regional expansion.
Earlier in her career, Caroline spent four years at KPMG Kenya as manager for people performance and culture.
She began her HR career at Prime Personnel Africa, where she worked first as a recruitment consultant and later as team leader for executive recruitment and HR consultancy.
