Eva Ng’ang’a is the head of people and culture for Eastern Africa at Amadeus.
Prior to this role, Eva served as head of people and culture at BBC Media Action.
Earlier, she worked as senior HR specialist for BBC News, East Africa, where she supported regional teams on people management, stakeholder engagement and alignment of HR practices with organisational strategy.
Eva previously worked at PwC, where she served as human resources manager in Rwanda and as human resources business partner and assistant manager in Nairobi.
She began her career at Property Reality Company as a human resources and administration manage. She also worked for Coca-Cola Sabco as a management trainee and progressed to HR advisor, gaining experience across recruitment, performance management, learning and development and employee engagement.
