Gedion Kimutai is the country human resources manager at Fresh Del Monte Kenya.

Before joining Fresh Del Monte Kenya, Gedion spent nine years at Marginpar, serving in progressively senior roles across its Kenyan operations. 

Gedion previously worked at Baraka Roses, where he served as human resources manager. His early HR experience centred on managing labour-intensive operations within the floriculture sector, shaping his understanding of employee relations in high-volume production environments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in human resources development from Moi University, a diploma in human resource management from Regions College and the CHRP-K certification from the College of Human Resource Management.
