Rose’s earlier career began outside traditional HR leadership roles. At Tigo Rwanda, she worked first as executive assistant to the CEO before moving into the role of sales training coordinator, where she developed stronger experience in employee development, capability building and training delivery.
Before that, she worked at Access Bank Rwanda as a personal assistant to the managing director and earlier as a customer service officer, building her early professional foundation in administration, stakeholder management and customer operations.
