Felix had previously held a similar senior HR business partnering role at CFC Stanbic Bank in Nairobi, providing strategic advice on people matters and supporting the rollout of performance frameworks across the bank.
His transition into regional HR leadership followed an earlier role as HR manager at LG Electronics Nairobi, where he oversaw the human resources function for the East and Central Africa region.
Felix began building his HR leadership foundation in the banking sector. He served as assistant manager human resources at Diamond Trust Bank Kenya, and earlier at Southern Credit Bank, where he managed employee resourcing, training and development, policy formulation and HR administration.
He started his career as a graduate clerk at CFC Bank, supporting payroll administration, staff benefits and training coordination.
Felix holds a MSc in human resources management from JKUAT. He also earned a higher diploma in human resources management from the Institute of Human Resources Management and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Nairobi.
