Susan Kabedha is the chief human resources officer at Prudential Assurance Uganda.

Before joining Prudential Assurance Uganda, Susan held senior human capital leadership roles at DFCU Bank, where she served as head of human capital and later as head of culture transformation. 

Earlier, she spent nearly six years at Stanbic Bank Uganda, progressing from human capital business partner to senior human capital business partner, supporting business leaders across multiple functions with talent management, workforce planning and leadership development.

Susan began her HR career at Aon Uganda, where she worked for over eight years, rising from administrative officer to HR manager at Aon Risk Solutions

She is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and a Prosci ADKAR–certified change management coach, and has most recently completed the RIKA leadership development programme, sponsored by Prudential.
