Festus brings to the role extensive experience in people management, strategic planning and leadership gained across diverse sectors including healthcare, finance, security and consultancy.
Festus Kiptoo Korir has been appointed director, human resources & administration at AGC Tenwek Hospital. Prior to this appointment, Festus served as managing partner at Eagle Nest Consultancy, where he led a team of HR and business experts providing strategic and long-term solutions to client organisations. He previously worked at Tenwek Hospital as head of human resources, leading workforce strategy for more than 1,200 employees.
Earlier in his career, Festus held senior HR roles at Securex Agencies (K), Faulu Microfinance Bank, Buffet Park and Vision Afrika Sacco, where he was instrumental in policy development, talent acquisition and organisational transformation. He also gained teaching and administrative experience as HR officer and lecturer at Technical Education Copenhagen and began his career at Fontana Auto Parts (U) in Kampala.
Festus holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Makerere University.
