James Koraro joins Transnep Insurance Brokers as head of people & culture

She joins the microfinance institution from Pride Microfinance, where she spent nearly 12 years in progressively senior people leadership roles, most recently serving as people and culture partner.

She steps up from her role as HR manager and business partner, bringing more than 17 years of experience within Bank of Africa Tanzania to the position.

She steps into the regional role from Tata Chemicals Magadi, bringing over two decades of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, FMCG and regional business operations.

She joins the bank’s executive leadership team, bringing extensive experience in talent management, organisational development and leadership capability across the financial services sector.

He steps up from his role as head of human resources at Pollmans Tours & Safaris, expanding his leadership to a regional mandate across the organisation’s East African operations.

He joins the organisation from human resource managers’ association of Uganda, where he served as business and market development officer.

Hannah will lead Capwell's overall people strategy, making sure the company’s talent, culture and capabilities align with its long-term growth goals. 

She will lead the organisation’s people and culture strategy across multiple entities, drawing on over 16 years of extensive experience in human resources.

Priscilla Nyachwo has more than a decade of experience in human resources management, business partnering and HR systems, gained across the insurance, development finance and non-governmental sectors.

She steps into her new role after serving in senior HR positions in Kenya and in international assignments in Dubai and the Accor AMEAT region.
